As a provider of bulk, Pipeline, and Into-Tank (ITT)/Ex-Tank contracts, we work with you to ensure adequate lead times for ordering, and delivery options. We have a team of skilled professionals who have a deep understanding of the industry trends and fuel distribution to assist with contract setups and distribution. Contracts are available from the Colonial (CPL) and Plantation (PPL) pipeline systems dependent on client product requirements, terminal destination, and lead times.

Term Contracts

A fuel contract helps you to avoid the risk of fluctuating fuel prices. When you enter into a fuel contract with us, you agree to buy a specified amount of fuel based on your required future volume estimates. We will then contract with you to provide you with fuel at a specified volume, price. and term with variances. A typical fuel contract determines a set differential price per gallon for the amount of time agreed upon by both parties.
